I really appreciate your amazing work ? The bouquet was absolutely stunning! ? I pre-ordered it from Calgary for my friend’s graduation in BC, and the florist was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process? She customized the bouquet to match my preferences perfectly and even wrapped the stems with wet gauze to help keep the flowers fresh for longer My friend absolutely loved it! She said it was unique, beautiful, and unlike any typical graduation bouquet. Delivery Window: We deliver daily between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We can't guarantee a specific delivery time within this window, so please plan accordingly.
Real-Time Tracking: We do not currently offer real-time delivery tracking or updates. Our team works hard to deliver every order within the scheduled window.
Recipient Not Available: We always do our best to reach the recipient when we arrive. If we can't reach them, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area near the door to help preserve the flowers until they're received.
Delivery Accuracy: Please double-check that the delivery address and recipient information provided at checkout are accurate. Maison Florale is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
