À La Maison is a bouquet born entirely from the designer's eye, shaped by the season, and guided by instinct rather than a brief. No two are ever alike.
Each week, we handpick the finest seasonal stems that arrive at our studio — the peonies blushing at their peak, the iris just beginning to unfurl, the chrysanthemums catching the light in unexpected ways — and arrange them in the way that feels most alive, most considered, most us.
This is not a bouquet you design. It is one you trust us to design for you.
Trim 2–3 cm off the stems at a 45° angle and place immediately in a clean vase with fresh, cool water. Remove any leaves sitting below the waterline.
Change the water every day or every other day.
Keep away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and ripening fruit.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
At Maison Florale, we want to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful. Please review our delivery guidelines below:
Delivery Window: We deliver daily between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We can't guarantee a specific delivery time within this window, so please plan accordingly.
Real-Time Tracking: We do not currently offer real-time delivery tracking or updates. Our team works hard to deliver every order within the scheduled window.
Recipient Not Available: We always do our best to reach the recipient when we arrive. If we can't reach them, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area near the door to help preserve the flowers until they're received.
Delivery Accuracy: Please double-check that the delivery address and recipient information provided at checkout are accurate. Maison Florale is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
